FAA reactive strategy of Drone Registration won’t stop a drone crash. But proper education from DroneU will

The FAA is taking steps to get control of the huge number of new drones now flying in the nation’s airspace.  Their latest proposal is a national drone registration program so they can track the owner of a drone that crashes.
